- Monitor production efficiency, DHU, and hourly output.
- Plan operator allocation based on skill matrix.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper capacity planning and target setting.
- Support new style implementation (pilot run).
- Drive lean manufacturing practices (5S, Kaizen, waste reduction).
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and Maintenance teams.
- Analyze daily production reports and suggest improvements.
- Ensure work aids and layout optimization for smooth workflow.
