Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Delhi is seeking a BE Mechanical engineer for a hands-on maintenance role across production, utility and infrastructure assets, aligned with TPM guidelines.

You will monitor shift logs, plan predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance, and collaborate with production, quality, personnel & administration, safety and security to resolve issues with action plans. You will also establish autonomous maintenance and 5S with production teams as per TPM pillars.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical degree required.
• Candidates should be proficient in maintenance planning and TPM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shift log book to identify maintenance issues and coordinate with inter departments to resolve them.
• Plan and implement predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance across Production, Utility and Infrastructure assets.
• Establish autonomous maintenance and 5S activities in collaboration with production teams as per TPM pillars.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shift log book to identify maintenance issues and interaction with various inter departments like Production, Quality Control, Personnel & Administration, safety & security for resolving their Maintenance related issues with adequate action plans.
• Plan and implement Predictive, Preventive, and Corrective Maintenance strategies across Production, Utility, and Infrastructure assets to improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and reduce Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) as per TPM guideline.
• Establish and sustain Autonomous Maintenance activities, 5S activities in collaboration with production teams as per TPM Pillars.
