Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a BE Mechanical graduate for a maintenance engineering role in Indore. The candidate will monitor shifts, coordinate across Production, Quality Control, and Administration to resolve maintenance issues, and implement TPM-driven strategies to enhance reliability.

The role requires hands-on planning of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance across assets and establishments a culture of autonomous maintenance and 5S with production teams.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical with no ATKT or drop in any semester.
• Experience in maintenance planning and TPM principles is preferred.
• Ability to interact with multiple departments to resolve maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shift log book to identify maintenance issues and coordinate with inter departments to resolve issues with action plans.
• Plan and implement Predictive, Preventive, and Corrective maintenance strategies to improve MTBF and reduce MTTR as per TPM guidelines.
• Establish Autonomous Maintenance and 5S activities in collaboration with production teams per TPM pillars.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shift log book to identify maintenance issues and interaction with various inter departments like Production, Quality Control, Personnel & Administration, safety & security for resolving their Maintenance related issues with adequate action plans.
• Plan and implement Predictive, Preventive, and Corrective Maintenance strategies across Production, Utility, and Infrastructure assets to improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and reduce Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) as per TPM guideline.
• Establish and sustain Autonomous Maintenance activities, 5S activities in collaboration with production teams as per TPM Pillars.
