Job summary

SFS Group in Belagavi district, Karnataka, seeks a maintenance lead to drive preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance programs across plant equipment.

You will prepare annual maintenance budgets, monitor expenses and MTBF, analyze breakdowns for root cause, track MTTR and energy use, and lead TPM efforts.

Safety, compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 45001 and TISAX is essential.

Qualifications

• Maintain IATF 16949, ISO 45001, and TISAX compliance in maintenance operations.
• Implement energy conservation initiatives.
• Ensure safety systems, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout).

Responsibilities

• Drive preventive, predictive, and maintenance systems.
