Job summary

Quest Global in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead finance operations for an acquired entity. You will drive monthly closes, publish MIS, and oversee budgeting and forecasting with a strong IND AS focus.

Responsibilities include payroll compliance, statutory requirements (PF, TDS, GST), audits, and establishing robust financial controls. You will partner with cross‑functional teams and present insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 10–15 years in finance operations including monthly closure, MIS, and financial statements.
• Proficient in IND AS, audits, and regulatory compliance (PF, TDS, GST).
• Experience presenting to senior management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead goal-oriented finance activities for the acquired entity and monthly closes.
• Publish monthly MIS, perform data analysis, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Support business operations, prepare financial statements and ensure compliance.
• Oversee post-acquisition financial integration and audits.
• Drive payroll compliance and financial controls.
• Convey insights to cross-functional teams and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Goal-oriented finance leader for acquired entity to ensure timely closure of books and submission of deliverables on a monthly basis
• Assist in publishing monthly MIS in a timely manner, conducting financial data analysis, Variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Support business operations, prepare financial statements, possess expert knowledge in IND AS
• Knowledge of M&A and related documentation, Understanding of business models, PPA,
• Ensure compliance with post-acquisition requirements, Drive Post-Merger Financial Integration, and present to committees and stakeholders
• Manage payroll and ensure compliance
• Understanding and practical experience in both PF, TDS, GST, and other regulatory requirements
• Establish financial controls, Oversee quarterly/annual audits
• Design and implement controls, Enhance process understanding, improvement, and alignment
• Effectively convey your insights and strategies to cross-functional team members and management
• Demonstrate leadership skills in team building and development, achieving results
