About the role: This position will be responsible for managing US & international entities accounting function along with daily accounting operations to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. The Candidate should have strong accounting foundation to support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, and post-merger integration. This role focuses on the accounting, financial reporting, and compliance aspects of mergers and acquisitions. The candidate will play a critical role in evaluating financial integrity, ensuring proper accounting treatment of transactions, and supporting post-deal financial reporting.
The ideal candidate must possess experience in oversight and execution of ongoing accounting functions, ability to work independently, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A successful candidate
should be able to collaborate with key stakeholders effectively and work across functions with various teams within Accounting department as well as outside of Accounting, including Marketing, Operations, IT, Legal and Financial Planning & Analysis.
