Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in managing loan operations within Banking, NBFC, CDSA, or fintech environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with partners and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with loan management systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end loan processing activities for housing and MSME products.
• Coordinate with Customers, IBOs, and Lending Partners to ensure file login, logins, and documentation.
• Monitor loan pipelines and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and data-driven performance reporting.
• Lead and develop operations staff, calling team, and IBOs connectivity to improve efficiency.

Role Description:

The Manager–Loan Operations will oversee end-to-end loan processing activities, including loan origination, documentation, verification, and disbursement for housing and MSME-related products. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon involves managing daily operations, monitoring loan pipelines, and ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and turnaround time standards. The individual will coordinate with Customers, Internal teams, IBOs, and Lending Partners to ensure File Login and complete Logins, Loan Processing Discussions and Documentations and connect with Partners to generate Leads. The role includes supervising operations Staff, Calling Team, IBOs Connect, Loan Requirement Discussions with Customers and using data and reports to track performance metrics and minimize errors or risk. The Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support audits and compliance reviews, and assist in refining operational strategies for scalable and customer-focused loan services.

• Relevant experience of 3 - 7 yrs in Managing Loan operations within Banking, NBFC, CDSA, or fintech environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with loan management systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business, or a related Operations discipline is preferred.
