Team Konsult in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Legal Manager - Litigation & Non-Litigation with strong experience in handling litigation and non-litigation matters. You will follow up cases, draft Plaint and Written Statements, Applications, and Objections, and coordinate with consultants. Real estate/property matters knowledge is highly valued.

UG: LLB - Bachelor of Laws. The role requires solid exposure to real estate law and client-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Exp in litigation, with limited exp in non-litigation matters.
• Drafting Plaint, Written Statements, Applications, and Objections.
• Coordinating and briefing consultant.
• Should possess good experience in realestate/property matter.
