Job summary

Techspiration India Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Legal Manager with 8-12 years in real estate to lead land acquisition, due diligence, drafting, contracts and registrations, ensure RERA compliance, and manage a legal team.

You will coordinate litigation, oversee statutory compliance, and partner with facilities and commercial teams to align legal strategy with business goals in a large real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• UG: LLB – Bachelor of Laws in Any Specialization.
