Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of academic support professionals by setting clear performance expectations and goals for them - Foster a collaborative and proactive team culture. - Establish and implement quality assurance measures to evaluate the effectiveness of the team members and ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards

• Academic Support: - Oversee the resolution of academic and non-academic queries from learners. - Collaborate with academic advisors and faculty to address learner concerns effectively.
• Proactive Approach: - Identify and address potential challenges proactively to enhance the overall learner experience. - Implement initiatives to engage learners and encourage academic progress.
• Stakeholder Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Collaborate with product, technology, finance, sales, and partner academic institutions to streamline processes.
• Data Analysis: - Utilize data and analytics to assess learner progress and identify areas for improvement. - Implement data-driven strategies to enhance team performance and learner outcomes.
