Sterlite Power Transmission Limited seeks a Manager – Land Acquisition PMO to drive land MIS, governance, stakeholder coordination, progress tracking and management reporting for land acquisition activities across projects.

The role involves frequent travel to project sites, collaboration with project teams and corporate functions to ensure timely closure of land-related activities and meaningful management insights.

Qualifications

  • Experience or exposure to land acquisition/processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Land MIS and governance dashboards for management review.
  • Create project-wise, state-wise, and portfolio trackers for land acquisition progress, risks, and milestones.
  • Support planning and tracking of pre-bid and post-bid land activities across projects.
  • Prepare detailed MIS, periodic reports and analytics for CEO/COO offices.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for data collection, validation and consolidation.
  • Track surveys, land acquisition activities, permissions, approvals, and related deliverables.
  • Conduct frequent site visits to validate field progress and MIS accuracy.
  • Engage with field teams, survey agencies, consultants and local stakeholders for status verification and issue resolution.
  • Provide regular status updates to management.

Position Title

MANAGER – Land Acquisition PMO

Position Summary

Responsible for driving Land MIS, governance, stakeholder coordination, progress tracking, and management reporting for land acquisition and related project activities. The role will work closely with project teams, land teams, business leaders, and corporate functions to ensure accurate reporting and timely closure of pre-bid and post-bid land-related activities. The incumbent should possess practical exposure to land acquisition/project land matters to effectively interpret field realities and develop meaningful management insights and reports.

Position Demands

Frequent travel across project locations. Candidate may be deployed/assigned to project sites based on business requirements.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Planning & Governance

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Land MIS and governance dashboards for management review.
  • Create project-wise, state-wise, and portfolio-level trackers covering land acquisition progress, risks, dependencies, approvals, and critical milestones.
  • Support planning and tracking of pre-bid and post-bid land activities across projects.

Execution

  • Prepare detailed MIS, periodic reports, presentations, and analytics for CEO and COO offices.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for collection, validation, and consolidation of project data.
  • Track progress of surveys, land acquisition activities, permissions, approvals, and related project deliverables.

Monitoring & Site Engagement

  • Conduct frequent site visits to validate field progress and MIS accuracy.
  • Engage with field teams, survey agencies, consultants, and local stakeholders for status verification and issue resolution.
  • Evaluate project readiness and provide regular status updates to management.
