Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in COO/CEO Office, Strategy, Program Management, Operations Excellence, or Transformation roles preferred.
• Strong exposure to power transmission, infrastructure, EPC, construction, or other capital-intensive industries will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in driving cross-functional initiatives and working with senior leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic and execution partner to the COO on business priorities, operational reviews, and critical decision-making.
• Drive COO-led strategic initiatives, including operational excellence, productivity improvement, cost optimization, digital transformation, and organizational capability-building programs.
• Monitor the performance of key transmission, substation, and infrastructure projects, proactively identifying execution risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and manage governance mechanisms, leadership reviews, MIS dashboards, action trackers, and executive performance reporting.
• Coordinate across Projects, Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Business Development, Legal, HR, and other corporate functions to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Support interactions with clients, investors, lenders, joint venture partners, consultants, contractors, and government agencies, as required.
• Lead or support special projects focused on operating model enhancement, governance, process improvement, automation, AI adoption, and institutional capability building.

Position Title

Purpose of Role

To partner with the COO in driving operational excellence, business performance, and strategic execution across Resonia's power transmission and infrastructure portfolio. The role will serve as a key member of the COO's Office, driving cross-functional initiatives, strengthening governance, tracking business performance, and enabling execution of high-impact transformation programs

Position Demands

Travelling to Multiple Sites as when required.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

A- Act as a strategic and execution partner to the COO on business priorities, operational reviews, and critical decision-making.

• Drive COO-led strategic initiatives, including operational excellence, productivity improvement, cost optimization, digital transformation, and organizational capability-building programs.
• Monitor the performance of key transmission, substation, and infrastructure projects, proactively identifying execution risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and manage governance mechanisms, leadership reviews, MIS dashboards, action trackers, and executive performance reporting.
• Coordinate across Projects, Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Business Development, Legal, HR, and other corporate functions to ensure alignment and timely execution.

B-Support the COO in business planning, operational performance reviews, resource prioritization, and execution of strategic initiatives.

• Drive closure of key action items arising from leadership meetings, project reviews, and cross-functional forums.
• Support interactions with clients, investors, lenders, joint venture partners, consultants, contractors, and government agencies, as required.
• Lead or support special projects focused on operating model enhancement, governance, process improvement, automation, AI adoption, and institutional capability building.
• Provide independent analysis, insights, and recommendations on critical operational and business matters requiring COO intervention

Critical Success Factors - Essential
