• Strong understanding of financial controls and billing processes.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work across multiple locations.
• Experience coordinating with vendors/subcontractors and ensuring timely material availability.

Responsibilities

• Resource & Gang Mobilization: identify, onboard, and mobilize gangs for foundation, erection, stringing, and allied works.
• Vendor & Supplier Management: coordinate daily with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure material availability and resolve issues.
• Billing & Payment Control: review RA bills, validate invoices against contracts/POs, drive timely payouts.
• Commercial Governance: maintain records of billing, invoices, claims, reconciliations; provide MIS on vendor exposure.

• Billing & Payment Control: Review RA bills, validate invoices against contracts/POs, and drive timely vendor payouts.
• Commercial Governance: Maintain records of billing, invoices, claims, reconciliations, and provide MIS on vendor exposure and payment status.
