Job summary

HRD House is seeking a senior IT leader to manage complete IT infrastructure and operations for a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role oversees servers, networking, ERP/HRMS, and compliance with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11, while driving cybersecurity, backups and disaster recovery.

The ideal candidate has 16–18 years of IT experience in pharma settings, strong leadership, vendor management, and project execution capabilities. On-site position based in Mulund (East), Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Infrastructure/IT Operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
• Candidates should have 16–18 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with servers, networking, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, hardware, and IT infrastructure management.
• Experience with ERP, HRMS, laboratory, manufacturing, and other business applications.
• Experience with GxP, Data Integrity, 21 CFR Part 11, IT compliance, and audit requirements.
• Experience in cybersecurity, data protection, access controls, backups and disaster recovery.
• Experience in IT vendor management, project implementation, system upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Experience in team leadership, stakeholder coordination, communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure including servers, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, hardware and communications systems.
• Ensure smooth functioning of ERP, HRMS, laboratory, manufacturing and other business applications.
• Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, access controls, backups and disaster recovery.
• Provide IT support to users and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for implementation and maintenance.
• Ensure IT systems comply with GxP, Data Integrity and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, system records, audits and compliance.
• Lead IT team and manage IT projects, upgrades and improvement initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile –

He should have good experience in IT Infrastructure / IT Operations, preferably within a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant, with 16–18 years of relevant experience.

He should have good experience in servers, networking, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, hardware, and overall IT infrastructure management.

He should have good experience in ERP, HRMS, laboratory, manufacturing, and other business applications.
