Job summary

HRD House in Bengaluru seeks an IT Administrator to manage daily IT operations, networks, and assets. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, CCTV, and access control systems, while ensuring security compliance.

You will support employees, manage user accounts, backups, licenses, and coordinate with vendors for AMC and service records, ensuring smooth IT setup for new joiners.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in IT, CS or related field.
• 3-5 years of IT Administration / IT Support experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, network management, hardware/software support, and system troubleshooting.
• Experience with LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, and internet connectivity.
• Experience with CCTV, biometric, access control, AMC, IT inventory, and IT vendors.
• Strong communication, coordination, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
