Qualifications

• 14+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• 3+ years in a senior technical leadership role.
• Strong ability to influence technical decisions.
• Experience with Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps in enterprise settings.
• Ability to influence technical decisions across distributed teams.
• Salesforce certifications such as CTA, Application Architect, or System Architect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
• Establish design direction for platform scalability.
• Guide distributed engineering team through mentorship.
• Mentor and guide a distributed engineering team toward excellence.
• Partner with product owners to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with product, QA, infra and support teams.
• Advance modernization and evaluate new Salesforce capabilities for roadmap.
