Job summary

Lex Visas in Pune seeks a Manager Immigration to oversee end-to-end immigration processes for a global client base. You will liaise with international partners and legal counsel to ensure compliant visa processing across multiple jurisdictions.

You will provide pre-sales immigration expertise to sales teams and manage key client accounts, including document authentication and post-landing compliance. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and Pune-based presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of work visa applications, extensions, amendments, and transfers for employees across multiple countries.
• Provide pre-sales immigration expertise to sales teams, detailing country-specific visa processes and compliance.
• Coordinate with employees, partners, counsel, and authorities to ensure timely visa processing.
• Research immigration laws and visa procedures across key markets and monitor regulatory changes.
• Develop and document SOPs, checklists, and workflows with international partners.
• Onboard and manage global immigration partners; negotiate pricing and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws, labour regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain records of communications, partner agreements, and immigration processes.
• Handle multiple cases concurrently with attention to detail.
• Oversee document authentication (notarization, attestation, apostille).
• Take ownership of account management for clients signed up by Sales.

Job Summary:

The Manager Immigration will be primarily responsible for pre-sales support, providing expert immigration knowledge to the sales teams, and will also be responsible for key account management. This position will oversee and manage end-to-end immigration processes, ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations of multiple countries. This role involves collaborating with international immigration lawyers, streamlining country-specific procedures, and managing document authentication, work permits, post-landing compliances, and fee structures in alignment with the requirements of the sales teams and the clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete lifecycle of work visa applications, extensions, amendments, and transfers for employees across various countries.
• Provide pre-sales support by offering immigration expertise to sales teams, including country-specific visa processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Liaise with employees, overseas immigration partners, legal counsel, and government authorities to facilitate timely and compliant visa processing.
• Conduct research on immigration laws and visa procedures across key markets and stay updated with regulatory changes.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal checklists, and workflow documents in collaboration with international partners.
• Identify, onboard, and manage global immigration partners while negotiating competitive pricing and service-level agreements.
• Ensure strict compliance with immigration laws, labour regulations, and internal company policies across all operations.
• Maintain comprehensive records of communications, partner agreements, and immigration processes.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to details.
• Oversee document authentication processes including notarization, attestation, and apostille for visa-related documentation.
• Take ownership of account management for clients signed up by the Sales team, assisting their document authentication needs.
