Job summary

Trenityconsultants in Mohali is seeking a Manager – Backend Operations in the immigration industry. Lead and optimize backend processing, ensure compliance, and coordinate with internal teams and international partners to maintain quality and timely submissions.

The role requires hands-on immigration program handling across PR, work permits, student visas, and visitor visas, with a focus on process improvement and SOP development. Strong leadership and MS Office/CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend operations in the immigration industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or leading a backend processing team.
• Strong knowledge of immigration documentation, visa processes, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with multiple immigration programs including PR, work permits, student visas, and visitor visas.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end backend operations for immigration and visa processing.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide the backend processing team to ensure productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Monitor case progress and ensure timely completion of documentation, applications, and submissions.

• Coordinate with sales, legal, documentation, and client service teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Liaise with international partners and stakeholders for smooth case processing.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, immigration regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Track team performance, productivity, accuracy levels, and turnaround time (TAT).
• Conduct regular training sessions and provide performance feedback to team members.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manager – backend operations – Immigration Industry I to lead and manage the backend processing team within the immigration industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in immigration documentation, case management, process compliance, and team leadership. The role requires ensuring smooth backend operations, maintaining quality standards, achieving turnaround timelines, and coordinating effectively with internal teams and international partners.

Key Responsibilities
