Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Global Mobility Manager, based in Noida. The Global Mobility Manager will oversee and manage international employee relocation processes and global immigration matters. Responsibilities include creating and implementing global mobility strategies, managing documentation and compliance for immigration processes, and serving as the primary point of contact for employees on immigration-related queries. The role also requires close collaboration with HR and legal teams to ensure adherence to local and international laws and best practices, while efficiently managing relocation budgets and employee benefits.
