• Identify and onboard new data sources for customer acquisition.
• Manage call centre productivity and ensure optimum data utilization.
• Ensure compliance with Distance Marketing and TRAI guidelines.
• Maintain cost per input and cost per acquisition within targets.

• Input management through PFA & D2FSC; monitor daily run rate & allocation.
• Drive WRP & VNB achievement for various geographies.
• Provide strategic inputs to sales teams to improve efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Maintain data security and governance across all campaigns.
