Job summary

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance in Mumbai is seeking a Manager-II - Partnership Distribution SC to build and manage relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and liaise with partner staff to ensure target achievement.

You will assist and train partner staff on products and processes, track sales performance via MIS to ensure efficiency and compliance, and handle escalations with prompt responses, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver a superior customer

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with partners to maximize business opportunity
• Drive business by liaising with partner staff and ensure target achievement
• Assist and train partner staff on products and process through periodical training interventions and/or joint field calls
• Timely track sales performance through various organizational metrics / MIS to ensure business efficiency and adherence to quality and compliance
• Handle escalations by resolving queries raised by partners and customers by ensuring a prompt response
• Engage and coordinate with various cross functional teams for seamless service delivery and provide a superior customer experience
