ICICI Prudential Life Insurance in Mumbai seeks a Sales strategy specialist for Group, Alliances, and International business to shape profitability and productivity.

You will develop models, prepare strategy presentations, and drive department-level digitization and initiatives.

The role involves coordinating with ZMs, SH, RM and central teams, and managing admin tasks with a focus on DPDP Act compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Profitability models to track product-wise profitability across group term and group funds by zone, channel, and employee.
• Productivity tracking and improvement discussions with ZMs, KPI formulation for ZMs, SH, RM and central teams.
• Preparation of strategy presentations.
• Project management and digitization of processes and improvements at department level.
• Department assessments, Digital Personal Data Protection Act implementation, RnR activities, and admin tasks.

1. Salesstrategy for Group, Alliances and International business

• Profitability - Build profitability modelsto track department’s product-wise (group term and group funds), zone-wise,channel-wise and employee-wise profitability.
• Productivity - Employee, channel-wiseproductivity tracking and improvement discussions with ZMs, KPI formulation forZM, SH, RM and central team members, Preparing business plans, targets forzones and employees. Monthly projections, manpower management
• Preparations for strategy presentations
