SailPoint is seeking a Manager, Agentic Identity Acceleration to lead client advisory programs in IAM/IGA and AI-driven identity security. You will partner with Technical Advisors to guide large enterprises through identity governance, maturity curves, and agentic fabric strategies.
The role blends executive-level participation, program leadership, and team development, with a path to practice leadership. 5–10+ years in related fields are preferred.

Within SailPoint’s Identity Maturity Acceleration (IMA) organization, the Manager, Agentic Identity Acceleration is a high-impact, client-facing growth role designed for an ambitious, humble, and technically grounded professional ready to step into practice leadership. In this customer-facing role, you will partner with our elite Technical Advisors (TAs) to guide enterprise clients through modern identity governance, AI agent security, and maturity acceleration using the SailPoint Agentic Fabric and SailPoint Atlas. This role offers a clear path to develop your executive advisory presence, lead strategic client programs, and grow into a full-scale practice leader.
