SailPoint is seeking a QA engineer to drive automated testing and quality assurance for IdentityIQ. You will design and maintain test harnesses, execute tests across Windows and UNIX/Linux, and work within an Agile Scrum team to ensure robust releases.
The role requires 5–8 years of experience in QA, strong scripting and database validation skills, and the ability to collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Within the first 30 days you will: Onboard into your new role, get familiar with our product offering and technology, proactively meet peers and stakeholders, set up your test and development environment. Go through the product specific trainings to understand the product features Work with the buddy to understand specific team processes.
By 90 days: Get deeper understanding of the specific functional area that you are part of Seek to deeply understand business problems Proactively collaborate on, discuss, debate and refine ideas, problem statements with different (sometimes many) stakeholders, architects and members of your team. Collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to define test requirements, resolve issues, and ensure proper integration of testing processes.
By 6 months: Occasionally serve as a debugging expert during escalations of systems issues that have evaded the ability of less experienced engineers to solve in a timely manner. Collaborates with Product Management and Engineering Manager to produce a prioritized team roadmap.
