Job summary

JobItUs is seeking a Manager – IBMS to lead Integrated Building Management System projects in Thane. The role requires 4–5+ years of IBMS project execution experience and a relevant electrical/Instrumentation background.

You will coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget, including site supervision, testing, commissioning and handover. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of IBMS/ELV systems, read drawings, manage stakeholders, and excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation Engg.
• IBMS/BMS/ELV certifications preferred
• 4–5+ years of IBMS project execution experience
• Experience in commercial/industrial/infrastructure projects preferred
• Strong IBMS & ELV knowledge
• Excellent project management & coordination skills
• Read & interpret technical drawings/specs
• Strong communication & stakeholder management
• Problem-solving & decision-making abilities
• MS Office proficiency; basic AutoCAD

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IBMS projects from design to execution and handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
• Review drawings, BOQs, submittals, and method statements.
• Ensure project completion within time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Supervise site engineers and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates and documentation.
• Support billing, certification and project closure activities.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IBMS project From Design to Communication planning, scheduling andmonitoring.
• Handle IBMS systems such as BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, VMS, and other
• ELV systems.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth projectExecution.
• Review project drawings, BOQs, technical submittals, and method statements .
• Ensure project completion within time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Supervise site engineers and subcontractors at project sites .
• Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, quality standards, and contractual obligations .
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation .
• Manage issue resolution, change management, and risk mitigation .
• Support billing, certification, and project closure activities.
