Assistant Project Manager – IBMS (CCTV / FAS / Controls)

Job Summary: The Assistant Project Manager will support end-to-end execution of IBMS/ELV projects with expertise in CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), and Control Systems. The role involves site execution, coordination, and ensuring smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project execution and site management of IBMS systems (CCTV, FAS, ACS, BMS, Controls)
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Monitor installation, commissioning, and testing activities
• Track project schedules, manpower, and site progress
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and documentation
• Support project reporting, MIS updates, and project closure activities

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation)
• 5-8 years of experience in IBMS / ELV project execution
• Hands‑on experience in CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), and Controls
• Strong exposure to installation, commissioning, and site coordination
• Ability to read drawings and manage on-site execution
