Job summary

Concentrix Bengaluru is seeking a Manager I, Talent Acquisition to lead a analytics-driven recruitment team, building strategies to meet staffing needs and onboarding top talent. You will own recruitment data infrastructure, dashboards, and reporting, collaborating with senior leadership to drive insights and improvements.

This role requires 8+ years in MIS/Reporting, strong Excel VBA, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills, and the ability to work in a 24x7 shift environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in MIS/Reporting and data analytics.
• Experience in leading a team and setting recruitment data strategies.
• Proficient in Excel VBA and PowerPoint for dashboards and reports.
• Strong data analysis, data presentation, and storytelling with data.
• Ability to work in a dynamic 24x7 shift environment.
