Job summary

Location is Bengaluru, with a requirement of 2+ years of experience. The incumbent will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate with consultants, and maintain candidate databases to support rapid hiring cycles.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any field is required.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience is preferred.
• End-to-end recruitment and stakeholder coordination are expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Mid-Level/Support BPO hiring Pan India.
• Independently manage recruitment for all hierarchy positions across verticals.
• Meet monthly targets with on-time delivery for business asks.
• Maintain candidate databases and coordinate with consultants and institutions.
• Conduct skill testing and interviews; plan for project-specific recruitment.

Role And KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing end to end recruitment for Mid-Level/ Support BPO Hiring Pan India and to achieve the target assigned within agreed quality & timelines
• Independently manage recruitment for all hierarchy positions across all verticals
• Meeting month on month individual performance Vs Target.
• Ensuring 100% on Time delivery for all business ask.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Co-ordinate / liaison with placement consultants / institutions etc
• Conduct skill testing & interviews
• Plan & strategize for project specific recruitment within defined time frames
• Ensure that documentation and salary fitment as per agreed guidelines
• Contribute to creating an organizational image, which would help in attracting and recruiting the best talent.
• Seek to expand the talent pool by evaluating new employee profiles and assess their suitability
• Developing Low Cost Recruitment Strategies using varying Sourcing techniques.
• To continually and diligently maintain various reports Joined/Offers/ Selects Tracker,
• Market-mapping and profile analysis as per availability of the desired skill.
• Generated new leads through different methods like extracting data from Social Networking Sites, Job Portals, and References etc.
• Working on Recruitment tools for various Hiring steps.
