Job summary

Concentrix Daksh Services India Private Limited is seeking a Recruiter I/II to manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and support BPO roles across India, with a focus on Bengaluru. The role requires about 2+ years of experience and graduation in any stream.

You will independently handle recruitment across all levels, drive on-time delivery, and build a robust talent pool while coordinating with placement partners and institutions.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably Pan India.
• Experience with Workday or similar recruitment tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing end to end recruitment for Mid-Level/Support BPO Hiring Pan India.
• Independently manage recruitment for all hierarchy positions across all verticals.
• Meet month on month performance targets.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery for all business asks.
• Maintain candidate databases and coordinate with institutes/consultants.
• Conduct skill testing and interviews.
• Plan and strategize project-specific recruitment within defined time frames.
• Document salary fitment as per guidelines and maintain reports.

Role and KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing end to end recruitment for Mid-Level/ Support BPO Hiring Pan India and to achieve the target assigned within agreed quality & timelines.
• Independently manage recruitment for all hierarchy positions across all verticals.
• Meeting month on month individual performance Vs Target.
• Ensuring 100% on Time delivery for all business ask.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Co-ordinate / liaison with placement consultants / institutions etc.
• Conduct skill testing & interviews.
• Plan & strategize for project specific recruitment within defined time frames.
• Ensure that documentation and salary fitment as per agreed guidelines.
• Contribute to creating an organizational image, which would help in attracting and recruiting the best talent.
• Seek to expand the talent pool by evaluating new employee profiles and assess their suitability.
• Developing Low Cost Recruitment Strategies using varying Sourcing techniques.
• To continually and diligently maintain various reports Joined/Offers/ Selects Tracker, Market-mapping and profile analysis as per availability of the desired skill.
• Generated new leads through different methods like extracting data from Social Networking Sites, Job Portals, and References etc.
• Working on Recruitment tools for various Hiring steps.
