Job summary

MSL, Publicis Groupe’s Public Relations and Integrated Communications firm, is seeking an experienced HR Operations Lead to own the complete employee lifecycle across PAN India. The role covers payroll, HRMS management, benefits administration, compliance, data accuracy, and analytics to support business decisions.

You will partner with business leaders and HR COEs to streamline operations, improve processes, and enhance the employee experience across multiple locations in India.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR Operations experience including end-to-end payroll, HRMS administration, benefits and compliance.
• Strong ability to analyze HR data, create dashboards and support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End HR Operations across PAN India, from onboarding to separation.
• Manage Core Payroll, HRMS, Benefits, statutory compliance, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and develop dashboards for workforce analytics using advanced Excel.
• Strengthen Employee Experience by acting as primary HR contact and improving processes.
• Collaborate with Business & COE teams to drive process optimization and automation across HR functions.

Overview

1. Lead End-to-End HR Operations. Own the complete employee lifecycle across PAN India—from onboarding to separation. Ensure seamless execution of HR processes while delivering a positive employee experience.
2. Manage Core Payroll, HRMS & Benefits. Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, HRMS administration, benefits management, statutory compliance, and vendor coordination. Ensure employee data accuracy within the HRMS and resolve payroll-related queries efficiently.
3. Drive HR Data, Reporting & Analytics. Maintain HRMS and employee databases with high data accuracy. Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics using advanced Excel to support business decisions.
4. Strengthen Employee Experience & HR Processes. Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees. Manage employee relations, policy implementation, documentation, and continuously improve HR processes.
5. Partner with Business & COE Teams. Collaborate with business leaders and HR COEs to streamline HR operations. Drive process optimization, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency across HR functions.

Responsibilities

1. Strong Core Payroll Expertise. 6+ years of HR Operations experience with hands-on ownership of end-to-end payroll, HRMS, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
2. HR Operations & HRMS Experience. Proven experience managing the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HR documentation, HRMS administration, employee relations, and separation.
3. Advanced Excel & Analytical Skills. Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, dashboards, and data analysis). Ability to interpret HR data, generate insights, and create meaningful reports.
4. Stakeholder Management Skills. Ability to work effectively with business leaders, HR COEs, payroll vendors, and employees across multiple locations.
5. Process Improvement & Compliance Mindset. Strong understanding of HR policies, HR operations, compliance, and process automation,with a focus on driving operational excellence.
