United Hr Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Manager for our textile manufacturing client at Wada, Maharashtra. The role focuses on Plant HR, Industrial Relations, employee engagement, manpower planning, and labour compliance.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations at the plant, handle IR, payroll coordination, and ensure statutory compliance while working with a large manufacturing workforce.

Qualifications

• MBA or PGDM in HR and Industrial Relations.
• Experience in Textile or Manufacturing industry.
• Strong hands-on experience in Plant HR and Industrial Relations.
• Knowledge of Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance and Contract Labour Management.
• Experience handling blue-collar and workmen workforce.
• Good communication, employee-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a plant and manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage overall HR operations for the textile manufacturing plant.
• Handle Industrial Relations and maintain effective relations with employees and workmen.
• Manage day-to-day workforce-related matters, grievances and employee concerns.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and deployment as per plant requirements.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Handle contract labour and coordinate with contractors for manpower requirements and compliance.
• Support disciplinary procedures and maintain proper HR documentation.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS, manpower reports and other plant HR records.
• Coordinate with plant management and department heads on manpower and employee-related matters.
• Support training, employee engagement and welfare activities at the plant.
• Assist management in maintaining a disciplined, productive and positive work environment.

Role Overview:
