Everpure in Bengaluru is seeking a Manager of GTM Systems (Quote to Revenue) to lead our core engineering team and architect the enterprise billing and revenue engine.

This hands-on leadership role places you at the center of Everpure’s growth, partnering with US stakeholders to embed AI tools and deliver scalable, compliant solutions across global markets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Everpure’s GTM engineering team in Bengaluru to architect the enterprise billing and revenue engine.
• Bridge US stakeholders with the local engineering squad, embedding AI tools to drive speed and automation.
• Direct a team of 5–8 developers and QA to reduce code-generation time and improve unit testing.
• Own technical execution across Salesforce CPQ, Boomi, and Zuora to optimize catalogs, pricing waterfalls, quotes, and subscription accounting.
• Collaborate with global Product, Finance and RevOps to translate goals into scalable system designs and user stories.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and enforce design reviews, security standards and automated regression testing.

Key Responsibilities

• As the Manager of GTM Systems (Quote to Revenue), you will lead our core engineering team in Bangalore to architect and scale Everpure’s enterprise billing and revenue engine. You will serve as the critical technical bridge between US business stakeholders and our local engineering squad, embedding cutting-edge AI tools directly into the development lifecycle to drive unprecedented speed and automation. This hands-on leadership role puts you at the center of Everpure’s growth, directly impacting our lead-to-cash velocity and financial compliance across global markets.
• Lead and Scale AI-Accelerated Engineering: Direct a team of 5–8 cross-functional developers and QA engineers, integrating modern AI tools (such as Claude, Boomi AI, and Salesforce Agentforce) into daily workflows to drastically reduce code generation time, streamline unit testing, and elevate team performance.
• Architect End-to-End Quote-to-Revenue Solutions: Own the technical execution across Salesforce CPQ, Boomi middleware, and Zuora billing to optimize complex product catalogs, pricing waterfalls, automated quote generation, and subscription accounting.
• Bridge Global Stakeholder Alignment: Partner closely with US-based Product, Finance, and RevOps leaders to translate complex revenue operations and financial compliance goals into clear, scalable system designs and technical user stories.
• Ensure Platform Governance and Enterprise Quality: Establish modern CI/CD deployment pipelines across multi-sandbox environments while enforcing strict design reviews, code security standards, and automated regression testing.

Requirements

• Engineering Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and grow a team of software developers in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on team execution, Agile practices, and talent development.
• Quote-to-Revenue Domain & Technical Mastery: Hands-on technical expertise across the enterprise lead-to-cash ecosystem, including Salesforce CPQ (price rules, quote templates, Apex/LWC), Zuora subscription billing, and middleware integration platforms like Boomi.
• AI-Forward Mindset: Practical experience leveraging large language models (LLMs) and AI coding assistants to automate operational bottlenecks, speed up development, and build modern, automated enterprise architectures.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Excellent collaborative and communication skills to effectively translate business and financial strategy into actionable technical architecture across globally distributed teams.
• Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
