Responsibilities
- Support creation and modification of medium to long-term strategy across all business verticals.
- Identify, plan, and support execution of strategic initiatives to drive growth.
- Ensure outcomes of initiatives are achieved within timelines.
- Monitor and report on KPIs to measure success of strategic initiatives.
- Support annual strategic planning and quarterly reviews across businesses.
- Monitor budgets and provide variance analysis to senior management.
- Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Guide strategic thinking by analyzing industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Plan and execute initiatives for process optimization and TAT readiness.
- Drive digital transformation to achieve high technology-low-cost operations.

- Support creation and periodically modification of bank's medium to long-term strategy ensuring seamless translation of strategic objectives into actionable business plans and measurable outcomes across all business verticals.
- To identify, plan, and support execute strategic initiatives that drive towards organizational vision and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure envisioned outcomes of the identified initiatives are achieved within desired timelines.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Support the annual strategic planning exercise across businesses and quarterly strategy reviews
- Monitor strategic initiative budgets and provide variance analysis to senior management
- Oversee the conduct of in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
- Analyze industry trends, best practices and competitive landscape to guide strategic thinking and decisions.
- Planning and executing the banks initiatives for process optimization and TAT readiness.
