Job summary

JP Infra in Worli, Mumbai, seeks a site finishing works lead to manage high-rise residential and commercial projects. You will supervise flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, and architectural finishes, ensuring quality standards and timely commissioning milestones.

Responsibilities include managing sample flats, snag rectification, flat possession, project handover, and coordinating with Civil, MEP, Infrastructure, and Facility Management teams.

• Supervisor flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, and architectural finishes.
• Manage sample flats, snag rectification, flat possession, and project handover.
• Coordinate with Civil, MEP, Infrastructure and Facility Management teams.
• Supervise contractors, labour, material planning, and verify bills.
• Ensure quality standards, timely execution, and commissioning milestones.
• Maintain progress reports, inspections, and project documentation.
