Job summary

Larsen & Toubro seeks a Manager – Finishing – Site to supervise and execute interior and exterior finishing works across the project site. The role ensures timely completion within quality standards and in line with approved architectural drawings.

The incumbent will plan, coordinate contractors, and monitor site progress for all finishing-related activities, ensuring resources are available to meet milestones on the project schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in finishing works at construction sites
• Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications
• Strong site supervision and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise day-to-day finishing work including tiling, plastering, painting, false ceiling, flooring, joinery, and façade finishes.
• Review and interpret architectural and finishing drawings; ensure execution aligns with specifications and design intent.
• Monitor contractor activities, track work progress, and ensure timely completion of finishing milestones as per project schedule.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality of work and compliance with approved standards and mock-ups.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and resources at the site by coordinating with the procurement and stores teams.
