Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Gurugram seeks a Manager Financial Reporting & MIS to lead financial reporting, MIS, and consolidated statements. The role requires CA with extensive post-qualification experience and strong grasp of Ind AS, regulatory norms, and group reporting.

Responsibilities include month-end close, variance analysis, board-ready presentations, and coordination with auditors, treasury, and statutory teams. SAP S/4HANA expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• CA with 57 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting of listed companies under Ind AS.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (FICO Module).
• Strong knowledge of SEBI LODR, Companies Act, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
