Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to lead group consolidation and financial reporting across multiple plants. You will manage standalone and consolidated financial statements under Ind AS, perform intercompany eliminations, and coordinate audits.

Key duties include drive multi-plant closing, balance sheet reconciliations, MIS reporting, and mentoring finance teams. Proficiency in SAP FICO, Schedule III, and advanced Excel is required.

Qualifications

• CA with manufacturing/electronics/auto/consumer durables preferred.
• Experience in group consolidation under Ind AS and statutory audits.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP FICO.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements under Ind AS 110.
• Manage intercompany eliminations, NCI and unrealised profit.
• Prepare standalone/consolidated statements per Schedule III.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS standards (109,115,116,12,16,21,24,36).
• Drive multi-plant closing and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, tax and group audits.
• Prepare MIS, variance analysis and board reporting.
• Lead and mentor finance teams across plants.
• Drive automation and process improvements using SAP FICO and consolidation tools.

Responsible for leading group consolidation and financial reporting across multiple manufacturing plants and entities. The role will manage standalone and consolidated financial statements under Ind AS, intercompany reconciliations and eliminations, month-end/year-end closing, and statutory audit closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements under Ind AS 110.
• Manage intercompany eliminations, NCI, unrealised profit and group reporting.
• Prepare standalone/consolidated financial statements as per Schedule III.
• Ensure compliance with key Ind AS standards including Ind AS 109, 115, 116, 12, 16, 21, 24 and 36.
• Drive multi-plant closing, GL scrutiny, balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany reconciliation.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, tax and group audits.
• Prepare MIS, variance analysis and management/board reporting.
