Job summary

The Corporate Institute is a global technology organization seeking a Chartered Accountant with 3+ years post-qualification experience to oversee financial reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions. You will ensure timely reporting, assist audits, and strengthen controls with the Controllership team.

Strong communication and ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle) are essential as you coordinate with auditors and the Company Secretary to meet GAAP requirements and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 3+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience managing accounting, financial reporting and audit across multiple jurisdictions.
• Hands-on experience in consolidation of multiple entities is mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across levels of the organization.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions, including preparation of financial statements, MIS and schedules.
• Prepare monthly cash flow statements and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for timely completion and closure of audits.
• Coordinate with the Company Secretary for timely completion of XBRL and other reporting requirements.
• Review revenue contracts to ensure appropriate revenue recognition as per applicable GAAP, while supporting the Controllership team in strengthening controls and reporting processes.
