Job summary

A thriving fintech startup in Bengaluru is seeking a qualified Manager of Financial Reporting. The role requires managing monthly accounts, ensuring compliance, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. Ideal candidates are CA qualified with a minimum of 8 years experience in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of Tally, ERP, and accounting standards is essential for success. This position offers a dynamic work environment with significant responsibilities in financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in a fast growing startup (Fintech / NBFC preferred).
• Should be a Kickstarter and independently able to handle roles & responsibilities.
• Well versed with I-GAAP, IFC implementation and IND AS.
• Proficient in Tally ERP 9/Oracle and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Closing of Monthly book of accounts including InterCo and RP reportings.
• Conduct periodical ledger scrutiny for accuracy.
• Ensure adequate controls for accounting process.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders including audits.
• Provide support on special projects and tasks.

About the job Manager- Financial Reporting

Role:

• Closing of Monthly book of accounts (Should know InterCo reportings, RP reportings, Accounting of various debt instrument- Review and presentation of MIS Reports - including Standalone, Consolidated & other cash flow reports - Understand Reporting requirements with regard to Segment reporting / Cost centre Allocations / Other such Entities.
• Conduct periodical ledger scrutiny, vouchers to ensure accuracy and completeness

Ensure adequate controls for accounting process (Enterprise GL and Loan Management Software)

Ensure all statutory compliances and regulatory compliances

Manage internal / external stakeholders including Internal, External & other audits (Financial due diligence).

Provide support on special projects and tasks.
