Job summary

myHQ by ANAROCK is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Controllership professional (CA) to manage financial reporting, book closure, and MIS preparation. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of post-qualification experience, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and hands-on experience with audits, AP/AR, and financial analysis. This role involves working cross-functionally with teams and being present 2 days in the Gurgaon office and 3 days in the Noida office.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closure of books of accounts.
• Prepare and present Monthly MIS reports and financial analysis.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
• Coordinate and manage quarterly and annual statutory audits.

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Finance Controllership professional (CA) to manage financial reporting, book closure, MIS preparation, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, experience in fast-paced startup environments, and the ability to work cross-functionally with business and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closure of books of accounts
• Prepare and present Monthly MIS reports and financial analysis
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting
• Coordinate and manage quarterly and annual statutory audits
• Work closely with internal stakeholders for reconciliations and financial controls
• Support implementation and improvement of finance processes and SOPs
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure timely compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Taxation knowledge including GST/TDS/compliances would be an added advantage
