Job summary

Blue Dart Express Limited, part of the DHL Group, is seeking a Manager – F&A Projects & Systems to lead ERP accounting system implementations and ongoing finance system maintenance at its Mumbai Head Office.

You will collaborate with the Senior Manager – Finance Process & Systems to ensure ERP integration, GST/TDS compliance, automation initiatives, and user training across finance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• 5-7 years of SAP/ERP and financial systems management experience.
• Experience in SAP/ERP implementations and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP Accounting System implementation and related financial systems to optimize workflows.
• Ensure integration of local financial systems with ERP Accounting System.
• Ensure GST and TDS compliance in ERP implementations.
• Implement training programs to build user competency and ensure effective utilization of ERP systems.
• Support upkeep of user manuals and documentation for ERP Accounting Systems.

Position Overview:

The Manager – F & A Projects & Systems will be responsible and closely assist implementation and maintenance of any new Accounting Systems and Finance related Projects for Blue Dart including systems transition, integrations, and maintenance in compliance with DHL standards, SOPs, and local legal and business requirements. The role will also work with and support Senior Manager – Finance Process & Systems Admin in ensuring on time and seamless implementation, upkeep and optimization of ERP systems.

Job Purpose:

• Planning and Implementation of any New ERP Accounting System and Projects for Blue Dart Express
• Maintenance and upkeep of ERP Accounting System post implementation, focusing on seamless running of day to day operations and maintaining compliance.
• Implement any local automation and process improvement initiatives under Accounting System to enhance organizational efficiency.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Operational

• Implement ERP Accounting System and related financial systems to optimize financial and accounting workflows in compliance with DHL and local applicable standards
• Ensure integration of local financial systems with ERP Accounting System as applicable
• Ensure adherence to the local laws such as GST and TDS in the implementation of ERP Accounting System.
• Implement training programs to build user competency and ensure effective utilization of ERP Accounting System.
• Support and drive upkeep of user manuals and documentation to promote understanding of ERP Accounting Systems.

People

• Monitor team performance, providing feedback and support for skill development.
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance their expertise and align with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education Level: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.

Experience Level: 5-7 years of core experience in SAP/ERP and financial systems management.

• Experience in SAP, preferred with implementation experience
• Understanding of financial workflows.
• Understanding of automation tools for process optimization.
