Job summary

Stratacent is an IT Consulting and Services firm with global delivery centers and offices in New York, New Delhi, London, Canada, and Pune, India. We seek an experienced Finance Manager to lead global finance operations and drive strategic financial decisions.

The candidate will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close, while developing the finance team and strengthening internal controls across geographies. Strong IT services finance background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in IT Services or Technology.
• Experience managing global/multi-entity finance operations.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash-flow management.
• Experience with project accounting, revenue recognition, profitability/margin analysis, and multi-entity consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit, compliance, and working-capital management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP/financial management systems.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus; Power BI/reporting automation experience is an advantage.
• Proven team leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Job description
