Job summary

Corporate Destination is seeking a finance professional with MBA or CA and fundraising experience to lead debt financing and working capital initiatives. You will prepare teasers, information memoranda for capex, project finance and refinancing, and model financials to support sanctions and drawdowns.

You will closely liaise with banks and financial institutions to secure debt closure, coordinate due diligence, rating agencies, and other intermediaries to ensure timely sanctions and

• Strong ability to build and review financial models for debt financing and working capital.
