Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s equity raising initiatives, including preparation of investment decks, financial models, and engaging with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Experience in making project feasibility studies including ROI/ NPV calculation and a track record in raising equity.
• Develop and implement strategies for fundraising (equity, debt, PE, VC, structured finance) to meet growth objectives.
• Prepare and review detailed financial projections, business valuations, and ROI analysis for projects.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws, taxation, RBI, SEBI, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets, and fundraising (equity, debt, private equity, venture capital, IPO preparation).
• Expertise in financial modeling, business valuation, and investor presentations.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound understanding of taxation, compliance, and financial regulations.
