Job summary

Mindmentors Consultant in Mumbai is seeking a Chartered Accountant to strengthen internal controls and drive finance transformation in a manufacturing setting. The role requires hands-on SAP experience (ECC/S/4HANA) and collaboration with cross-functional teams to re-engineer finance processes.

Job description

Role & responsibilities :

• Strengthen internal financial controls through robust SOP documentation, RCM updates, risk assessments, and control testing to ensure governance and compliance.
• Coordinate and lead internal audits, ensuring timely closure of audit observations and effective follow-up to enhance accountability.
• Drive finance transformation by leading SAP improvements, automation projects, AI initiatives, and digital finance adoption to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and re-engineer finance processes to enhance operational excellence, governance, and overall effectiveness of the Finance function.

Preferred candidate profile :

• CA (Mandatory) with 2-5 years of Experience
• Hands-on SAP (ECC/S/4HANA).
• Mandatory experience with Pharma/ Process or Chemical Manufacturing Company.
