Job summary

Biometa Polypack is seeking a skilled accounting professional to manage day-to-day entries, ledgers, reconciliations and financial reporting. The role requires handling GST/TDS compliance, stock and production accounting, and coordinating with auditors.

You will prepare P&L, MIS reports and budget support while ensuring timely, accurate records across sales, purchases and expenses. Based in Gujarat, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience in day-to-day accounting and financial reporting.
• GST & TDS compliance and audits.
• Stock, production, and wastage accounting.
• Prepare P&L statements and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants.
• Maintain ledgers and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments.
• Maintain ledgers, AP & AR, cash and bank records.
• Perform bank, customer, vendor and ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss statements, financial reports and MIS.
• Conduct financial and profitability analyses to support decisions.
• Manage GST, TDS and statutory compliance and coordinate with consultants/auditors.
• Maintain daily stock and production entries including raw material, consumption, finished goods and wastage.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, purchases, expenses, stock, production and profitability.
• Verify invoices, bills, vouchers and other financial documents.
• Assist with budgeting, cash-flow management and expense control.
• Support audits and maintain proper financial documentation.
• Coordinate with various teams for finance-related activities.
• Ensure accurate, timely accounting and financial records.
