We are a medium scale MNC having presence in India and the USA at present and are expanding.

We are into Insurance Processing (BPO/KPO), Data Analytics, Technology, Digital Marketing and Manufacturing (Pharma).

We are looking for an experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, treasury management, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure robust financial controls, manage audits, support business planning, and provide strategic financial insights to senior management while leading a high-performing finance team.

The Candidate should be Smart, Analytical, Process oriented, Dynamic and should be able to handle all Corporate Compliances and Reporting. Preferred CA qualified candidates with at least 8-10 years of corporate experience in leading the F&A division.

Should be well versed and having hands-on experience in Consolidation of Holding and Subsidiary Accounts (Global, including forex conversion and translation); Coordinate inter-company balances and eliminations;

Should have good experience in finalization of periodic accounts and reporting;

Budgeting and Forecasting, variance analysis and good graphical presentation of the same; Should be good at generating MIS and Management Reporting;

Good knowledge on all compliances relating to Companies Act, Income Tax Act 2025 and related Rules, Transfer Pricing-Arm's length transactions, DTAA, PE, OECD and BEPS requirements, Tax Audit, GST, Labor laws, RBI and FEMA;

Awareness of basic compliances of the USA (with-holding rules, annual federal and state filings, etc.);

Finalize accounts periodically, handle Statutory and Internal audits;

Should support M&A activities (if and when), do Profitability analysis-segmental and geographical, as required and recommend;

Good knowledge of ESOP Scheme working and reporting, Accounting Standards and IFRS;

Support the Management in achieving its financial and corporate goals;

Should be a Team player and People manager.

Should be well conversant with Tally, MSO (Word, Excel and PowerPoint),
