Job summary

Genzeon Technology Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Manager - Accounting & Compliance to oversee financial accounting, statutory compliance, and regulatory reporting for India and the US. You will ensure accurate books, strong internal controls, and timely compliance with all applicable laws.

The role requires leadership of a finance team, expertise in Indian GST, TDS, and Income Tax, and familiarity with Indian GAAP and US GAAP where possible.

Qualifications

• Qualification: CIMA/CA with 12-18 years of progressive accounting and compliance experience in IT.
• Experience managing Transfer Pricing and GST assessments.
• Strong knowledge of Indian statutory requirements; exposure to US GAAP is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proven team management experience with 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting including GL, AP, AR, payroll accounting, and month-end/year-end closures.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory audits, tax audits, and transfer pricing compliance.
• Oversee Indian GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities (GST, TDS Income tax & MCA).
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and financial governance.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Support financial reporting as per Indian GAAP / US GAAP (preferred).
• Drive process improvements and automation within accounting operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
