Job summary

Ralson in India is seeking a finance professional to manage end-to-end accounting processes in SAP and related systems.

You will review invoices, perform month-end closing, prepare budgets and COGS, and ensure accurate plant P&L reporting with variance analysis. This role requires strong in SAP FI/CO/MM/SD and MS Office skills and a hands-on approach.

Based in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, the role offers exposure to export and domestic operations and a chance to contribute to budgeting cycles.

Responsibilities

• Review export, domestic, scrap and sample sales invoices and E Way Bills.
• Post and review capex invoices, import bills, raw materials, utilities and manpower service bills with necessary TDS compliances.
• GRIR review, price condition review, GI clearing in SAP.
• Vendor ledger reconciliation, general ledger review.
• Responsible for month / year end closing activity.
• Reporting of plant P&L with variance reasoning.
• Preparation of annual budgets, cost MIS, COGS preparation.
• Review of inventory levels of raw material, stores & spares and ageing analysis.
