Job summary

Tenneco in Gurugram is seeking a Manager-Finance who can lead financial closing, MIS reporting, and treasury management within the corporate finance function.

The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with 5-6 years post-qualification experience, SAP exposure, and strong knowledge of IGAAP and UGAAP, audits, and financial controls. This role reports to Corporate Finance Controller and involves coordination with plant finance teams.

Qualifications

• CA with 5–6 years post-qualification experience.
• Industry experience and SAP exposure required.
• Familiarity with IGAAP/UGAAP and audits.
• Strong financial controls and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing under IGAAP.
• Prepare monthly MIS under IGAAP and reconcile with UGAAP.
• Coordinate with plant finance controllers.
• Coordinate monthly uploads of recon accounts in internal systems.
• Review IFC requirements and its certification.
• Attend quarterly, half-yearly and annual audits and reviews.
• Prepare signed annual and SEBI financials.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal auditors.
• Manage treasury, daily cash flow and FD investments.
• Monitor and close EDPMS issues.
• Prepare AOP for corporate office.

Job Description

• Monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing under IGAAP
• Preparation of monthly MIS under IGAAP and reconciliation with UGAAP
• Coordination with plant finance controllers
• Coordinate monthly uploads of various recon accounts in the internal systems
• Review, IFC requirements and its certification
• Attending to quarterly, half yearly and annual limited reviews / audit, half yearly closing and annual audit
• Quarterly Audit Committee and Board presentation
• Preparation of signed annual and SEBI financials
• Complete coordination with the auditors
• Coordination with the internal auditors
• Managing the treasury function, managing daily cash flow and investments in FDs
• Monitoring and closing the EDPMS issues
• Preparation of AOP for corporate office
• Providing data to tax department for advance tax, assessment requirements etc.
